Careers
We are interested in practical, reliable people who take pride in tidy work and are comfortable working outdoors around homes and rural properties throughout Mayo. Septic or drainage experience is useful for some roles, but good judgement, site awareness and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing septic tanks properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in septic tanks or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
